I have lived and worked in beautiful California since 1967.  I am retired from 32 years of Federal Service at Vandenberg AFB.  I am an avid and prolific scrapbooker; I have several personal scrapbooks that are on-going, and I also do volunteer work for the non-profit organization, Crops of Luv (COL), making wish trip scrapbooks for families with critically-ill children.  In addition to scrapbooking for Crops of Luv, I also write the COL blogspot.  I'm a published poet and have won several poetry awards.  I love to write--anything and everything--from recipes to letters to articles, you name it, I'll write it!  I love the written word and even though I'm computer savvy and write on the computer, I still love the old-fashioned pen-to-paper method of writing.  I hope you will enjoy my Hubs.  Thanx for reading my work.
